This Subaru Impreza STi 22B is a recently refreshed example of the highly desirable rally-inspired performance car, released to celebrate the marque's 40-year anniversary. It is powered by an upgraded turbocharged flat-four, sending power to all four wheels via a five-speed manual transmission. This example was originally delivered to Hong Kong, before being imported into the United Kingdom in 2012. It is currently not registered.The odometer indicates 78,517 kilometres from new. This example is finished in Sonic Blue over a blue and black cloth-trimmed interior, offset by red stitching and embroidered 'STi' logos on the front seats. It rides on gold-toned 17-inch BBS alloys, fitted with new Nankang Noble Sport NS-20 tyres. Equipment includes electric windows and mirrors, three dash-mounted auxiliary gauges, air conditioning, a driver-controlled centre differential, and an intercooler water spray. Modifications include a Link G4X ECU, 660cc injectors, MRT extractors with slip joints, a Stroker boxer engine, an ARC Titanium exhaust system with stainless steel front pipe, an ARC aluminium radiator, and titanium radiator cooling panel, an ORC twin-plate clutch, AP six-pot 325mm front brake kit, Bilstein F4-VM3 coilovers, an ARC Ti front strut brace, adjustable rear suspension arms, a Defi three gauge pod for oil temperature and pressure, and boost pressure, and a factory-look blue Momo steering wheel.Accompanying the sale are the original Hong Kong purchase invoice and owners document, its import paperwork, UK service history, and three keys with two key fobs.
SERVICE HISTORYThe latest service was carried out in 2024 at 78,517 km by Norris Designs. The work comprised of an engine oil and filter change, along with the replacement of the timing belt with a Kevlar cam belt kit, the water pump, auxilary belts, cooling hoses, fuel filter, fuel pump, HT leads, spark plugs, rocker gaskets, the drivetrain fluids, and the wipers. Prior to this, it was serviced in December 2020 which was an A service with an engine oil and filter change, and in November 2018 which was a B service with an engine oil and filter change, and a drain and refill of the petrol tank, screen wash, and coolant.
